cStat (Collateral Status) Environmental Site Assessment app for iPhone and iPad

This app provides authorized cStat™ system users access to the system via iPad. cStat is a new method of collecting and organizing environmental due diligence risk data required by commercial real-estate professionals, lenders and insurers.

Accurate, ground verified property data and images are collected by cStat. Note that absence of web connectivity at the property site does NOT interfere with the function of the app. All data is stored on the iPad until web service is available. This data can then immediately be viewed or downloaded from any web enabled computer and can be used to create reports.

The cStat system can be configured to share data from user to user or across groups.
This means lenders and insurers can gain immediate access to property inspection data without having to wait several weeks, as is customary for traditional Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Environmental Professionals using cStat will be spared hours of tedious work compared to the traditional clipboard and paper method of generating reports. With the data in an organized, word searchable format, cStat takes an industry-changing leap forward from the labor intensive manual report writing which has been the hallmark of Environmental Due Diligence. An entire property data set, complete with site photographs and document images can be exported into a pre-formatted working word processing document and used in any workflow scenario.
